Solidarité avec l’ATiK - la Confédération des Travailleurs de Turquie en Europe !
Le 17 juin s’ouvrira en Allemagne le procès de 10 révolutionnaires soupçonnés d’être des dirigeants de l’ATiK (Confédération des travailleurs de Turquie en Europe) et du Parti communiste de Turquie/Marxiste-léniniste (TKP/ML). Ces 10 camarades ont été arrêtés au cours d’une opération simultanée en Allemagne, France, Grèce et Suisse.
Ils sont détenus dans des conditions sévères d’isolement, et ne peuvent avoir que des contacts très limités avec leurs proches ou leurs avocats.
Ils sont poursuivis au prétexte que ces militants ont été condamnés en Turquie pour avoir appartenu au TKP/ML (Parti Communiste de Turquie / Marxiste-Léniniste). En utilisant la loi 129/a-b du droit pénal, l’Etat allemand peut accuser une personne de mener des « activités terroristes » si elle a déjà été poursuivie pour cette raison dans son pays d’origine. Cependant, le TKP/ML n’est pas sur la liste des « organisations terroristes » reconnues par les lois allemandes.
Le TKP/ML est un parti communiste qui, depuis plus de 40 ans, organise et se bat pour les opprimés et exploités de Turquie et du Kurdistan du Nord, face à un État turc proprement fasciste. L’Armée ouvrière et paysanne de libération de Turquie (TIKKO), qui lui est liée, se bat aux côtés des combattantes et combattants kurdes de Rojava, au sein du Bataillon international de libération, contre les fascistes de Daesh.
L’OCML-VP exprime toute sa solidarité avec ces camarades révolutionnaires et progressistes.
L’ATIK n’est pas seule !

Atik ile Dayanışma ! - Avrupa Türkiyeli Gocmen İşçiler Konfederasyonu -
17 Haziran 2016 Almanya’da Atik (Avrupa Turkiyeli Gocmen isciler Konfederasyonu) aktivisti ve Türkiye Komünist Partisi / Marksist-Leninist (TKP / ML) uyesi oldugu gerekcesiyle 10 devrimciye mahkeme acilmistir. Bu 10 yoldas Almanya, Fransa, Yunanistan ve İsviçre’de eşzamanlı operasyonda gözaltına alındılar
Ve suan zor şartlarda tecrit altinda kaliyorlar ve sadece kendi yakınları veya avukatları ile sınırlı gorusme yapabiliyorlar.
Bu 10 militan daha once Türkiye’de TKP / ML (Türkiye Komünist Partisi / Marksist-Leninist) uyesi oldugu gerecesiyle gozaltina alinmis uzun sure hapis yatmis ve saglik sorunlari olan yoldaslarimizdir. Alman hükümeti 129 /a-b yasasini kullanarak, 10 kişiyi kendi ülkesinde "terörist faaliyetler" yürütmekten dolayi dava açti ise eğer suçlayabilir. Ancak, TKP / ML Alman hukuk tarafından tanınmış "terörist örgütler" listesinde değildir.
TKP / ML, bir komünist partisidir, 44 yıldır somurusuz sinifsiz bir dunya yaratmak icin mucadele ediyor. Turkiye ve Turkiye Kurdistani topraklarinda savasiyor. TKP/ML’ye bagli olan Turkiye Isci Koylu Ordusu (TiKKO) Suriye Kurdistaninda uluslararasi kurtulus taburunda kurt savascilarla birlikte fasist DaiS’e karsi savasmaktadir.

Solidarity with ATİK, the Confederation of Workers from Turkey in Europe !
The trial of 10 revolutionaries arrested during a joint operation carried out in Germany, France, Greece and Switzerland, suspected of being leaders of ATİK (Confederation of Workers from Turkey in Europe) and the Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-Leninist (TKP/ML) is set to begin in Germany on 17 June. They are being held in harsh conditions of isolation and with restricted access to their friends, families and lawyers.
They are being prosecuted on the grounds that that they have already been convicted in Turkey for belonging to the TKP/ML (Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-Leninist). Under Law 129/a-b of the criminal law, the German state can accuse anyone of “terrorist activities” if they have already been prosecuted for that reason in their country of origin, despite the fact that the TKP/ML is not on the official list of “terrorist organisations” recognised as such in German legislation.
The TKP/ML is a Communist party which has organised and defended the oppressed and the exploited in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan for over 40 years against the Fascist Turkish state. The Liberation Army of the Workers and Peasants of Turkey (TİKKO) with which it is associated fights alongside the Kurdish combatants in Rojava as part of the International Freedom Battalion against the ISIS fascists.
The OCML-VP expresses its complete solidarity with these revolutionary and progressive comrades.
